The REACH by Design™ Executive Mastermind is a 12-month virtual mastermind that meets quarterly, built specifically for executive teams of up to 8 leaders. It’s structured to be efficient, actionable, and transformational—without requiring ongoing strategy calls or travel.

 

There’s no open registration. Companies gather their executive teams and reach out directly when they’re ready.

Quarterly Mastermind Sessions (via Zoom):

  • 1 facilitated session per quarter (4 total)

  • Strategic Kingdom business planning

  • Private replays for your internal use

  • Access to a trusted community of peers for ongoing connection and sharpening
